EGEE SA1 Germany / Switzerland
The EGEE federation Germany/Switzerland is heavily involved in the EGEE activity SA1, "Grid Operations, Support and Management". ROC User Support on Duty Operation Date and Time: Mo-Fr from 900 - 1700 The ROC User Support duty changes periodically on a weekly basis. For the support team on duty see the SA1 wiki at CSCS.
